As the studio continues to grow, our artists grow alongside it. We may be small, but everyone here is a jack-of-all-trades. Many of us who originally started with one specific role, actually ends up picking up something completely different today! We allow our talented teammates to finesse their own crafts and give many opportunities to relieve the itch to explore others.

 YOU MATTER

Your voice matters a lot here. We try our best to ensure that everyone is heard and listened to. Feedback is always welcomed throughout development, all over the company. Our goal is to keep transparency between everyone, regardless of your position. Because here at Steel Wool, we push boundaries of what’s possible, together.

 FESTIVITIES

As much as we have multiple occasions to explore different crafts, we also provide multiple opportunities to party. We do not only prepare a Christmas feast and various other forms of partying, we also have outdoor picnic BBQ, a group stay at a vacation home, and more! We also tend to have wrap-parties whenever we finish a project. Even though we consider each other family, there are many who also have little ones of their own that we try to include in every social gathering we have. Everyone is always welcome to join in!
